Description by Moloney Architects

This undertaking is an extension and restoration of a giant historic residence in central Ballarat (Victoria Australia). The brand new works prolong to from the south aspect of the prevailing home, and create a glass connection to the yard. The roof of the extension is pitched as much as the north – with clerestory home windows filling the brand new dwelling areas with pure mild. The totally different buildings are related by way of a glazed linkway that clearly differentiates the architectural eras, and permits the previous and new designs to take a seat comfortably aspect by aspect.
