Description by Kababie Arquitectos
The KG challenge makes use of a impartial colour palette with earth tones, contrasting with numerous accents of colour which are current within the equipment that complement the area.
The room and the household room are unified via the ceiling design, a prefabricated lattice made from reclaimed Wooden; in its hollows are situated the luminaire which supplies mild, not directly, to those two areas.
These areas of coexistence are complemented by the eating room that’s subtly separated from the kitchen via a Breakfast/consuming space which is closed in the direction of the eating room and opens into the kitchen space.
The central landmark of the general public space is the library, which is accentuated by a totally sober hearth completed in gray marble. By its location and transparency, this space may be seen all through the condominium.
All of the bedrooms are grouped in a selected wing of the condo. The main bedroom is complemented by a T.V. room that features as a vestibular chamber and that makes a unique dynamic in its inside.
